B3-MSBG Public Review Draft Version 2.1 Now Available
In 2008, Minnesota legislation required the establishment of sustainable guidelines for Major Renovations and the opportunity for public review. Sustainable guidelines for new buildings had already been established in prior legislation. The combined New Buildings and Major Renovations guidelines are called the B3 State of Minnesota Sustainable Building Guidelines (B3-MSBG) Public Review Draft Version 2.1. April 1, 2009 is the new extended deadline for public review comments to be considered in the completed Version 2.1 release. Your input is welcomed and you are invited to download the public review draft and provide comments as instructed in the document.
