B3 State of Minnesota Sustainable Building Guidelines
B3-MSBG Version 2.1 (December 21, 2009)

As required by legislation, B3-MSBG Version 2.1 incorporates Major Renovations into the Guidelines and also provides updates in several other areas including updating the energy efficiency requirements to comply with Minnesota Sustainable Buildings 2030 as per legislation. See http://www.mn2030.umn.edu for more background information. (A document summarizing B3-MSBG Version 2.1 changes is forthcoming.)

B3-MSBG Version 2.1 is also designed to work with the new B3-MSBG Tracking Tool, an on-line tool to track compliance with the guidelines that replaces the old Excel-based Workbook. This can be accessed at http://www.msbgtracking.com.
